Knowing that you're interested in helping us deliver a fangtastic experience leaves us shivering with excitement!  

Please Note: After submitting your application, you should receive a response from info@murraysmonsterbash.com,  within 48 hours. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder so you don't miss it.

If you have not received a response within that time, please email us at the same address to confirm we've received your application, as once approved application notices are returned you will have three days to complete your registration and secure your space.

Because availability is limited for each vendor category, failure to complete registration by the deadline showing on your approval letter may result in the loss of your spot. Don’t miss out!

STILL THINKING IT OVER?

You may have just the thing we're looking for.  Check out the list below to find out what we're hoping vendors such as yourself will bring to the Bash!

 

  • Hot Foods, especially those kids love (corn dogs, nachos, burgers, chicken fingers, pizza)

  • Wrapped candy varieties sold by the piece or by weight.

  • Cottage Caramel and Candied Apples, Popcorn, Dipped Pretzels, etc.

  • Hot Chocolate, Cider, Coffee.

  • Novelty, Halloween themed toys with some selections priced at $5.00 or less.

  • Halloween themed shirts, headbands, bows, etc

  • Pet Vendors with an array of pet products, some geared toward Halloween.

  • 'Crazy Hair' Beauticians

  • Custom Candy Buckets or other 'trick or treat' totes.

  •  Custom Brooms, Wands, Hats or other items that would make great costume accessories! 

  • Halloween Home Decor.

  • Vendors offering inclusive items that will cater to children with special sensory, mobility, or dietary needs.

  • Bounce Houses

  • Activities Kids Can Do (Carnival Games, Etc).

  •  Local Businesses willing to have a car in our 'Trunk or Treat' area (this is a low cost way to advertise your business).

  •  Churches and Individuals willing to set up a car in our trunk or treat area (Full vendor fee refund as long as you show up....plan to have plenty of candy or goodies!)
